01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the jeleivo platform at jeleivo.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access or use any part of the jeleivo platform, regardless of the device or connection method used.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to, and should be read together with, jeleivo's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other specific rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.

jeleivo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. 02 Eligibility

To register and use jeleivo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jeleivo from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jeleivo or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from jeleivo or any affiliated gaming platform.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on jeleivo. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jeleivo account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details and must update them promptly if any information changes. jeleivo may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeleivo login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your full responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you or not.

If you suspect that your jeleivo account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify jeleivo's customer support team immediately via the 24/7 live chat available in-platform or by emailing [email protected]. jeleivo will investigate such reports but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

jeleivo supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) through a range of locally popular payment channels including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is held in a name other than your jeleivo account name — are not permitted. jeleivo reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close an account where third-party funding is identified.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Once your identity and payment details have been verified, withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Typically processed within a few hours of approval.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers: Typically processed within one (1) business day of approval.
• Visa and Mastercard: Processing times depend on the issuing bank and may take three (3) to five (5) business days.

jeleivo does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which jeleivo bears no responsibility. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jeleivo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty incentives. All promotional offers are subject to the specific bonus terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply on jeleivo:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Philippine players aged 21 and above.
• Each promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless the platform specifies otherwise.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage — will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jeleivo are provided by licensed third-party game providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others. Each game operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

All games on jeleivo use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited by recognized testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as specified by the respective game provider and are not modified by jeleivo.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, jeleivo's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeleivo and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds may be voided:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players in multiplayer games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using jeleivo to facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in creating accounts in violation of these Terms.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeleivo staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by jeleivo.

jeleivo cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the Philippines and internationally. Where illegal activity is suspected, jeleivo may report the matter to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

08 Responsible Gaming

jeleivo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jeleivo platform — including but not limited to the jeleivo brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jeleivo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jeleivo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jeleivo content without prior written authorization from jeleivo.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of jeleivo's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability. jeleivo actively monitors for unauthorized use of its brand and content and will take appropriate legal action where necessary.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jeleivo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jeleivo platform or any services offered thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, jeleivo specifically disclaims all liability for:

• Financial losses sustained through gambling on the platform, including losses arising from reliance on strategies, tips, or third-party advice.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jeleivo's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in game information, odds, or promotional materials caused by technical or human error.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or partner banks.

In any event, jeleivo's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jeleivo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jeleivo collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using jeleivo, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jeleivo platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. 13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes between you and jeleivo shall first be subject to an internal dispute resolution process. You must submit a formal complaint to jeleivo's customer support team in writing. jeleivo will investigate and respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe, typically within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jeleivo's internal process, both parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jeleivo's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes and platform operations are final and binding in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
